1. discusses the driving forces behind adoption of the QI process, including improved patient care, as well as CMS, MOC, and CME requirements

2. provides a guide to getting started with implementing a QI project, with examples from two types of practice setting

small community practice - Center for Breast Health, and

university-based practice - University of Michigan Cancer Center

3. provides information on Quality Improvement support provided by ASCO
